Have a question?

support@travai.org

Can I download the app now?

Not yet. TravAI is coming soon to Google Play for Android. No launch date has been set. For questions, email support@travai.org.

What does TravAI % mean?

It is the model’s estimate of each horse’s chance of winning the race. The estimate can be wrong. TravAI promises no winnings, and gambling involves risk.

What is the difference between free content and a subscription?

Free content shows TravAI % for completed races from the past 7 days and a labelled example of Trend. A subscription unlocks upcoming races, the track-condition forecast, today’s Trend and the system builder.

How do I cancel or withdraw from a purchase?

Cancel any time under Subscriptions in Google Play. Access lasts until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. You can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund: email support@travai.org.

Does TravAI place bets for me?

No. TravAI is an analysis tool. The app never places bets and sends nothing to betting operators.

Which countries and languages are supported?

TravAI covers Nordic harness races in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Choose Norwegian Bokmål, Swedish, Danish, Finnish or English.

Do I need an account?

No. Favourites and settings are stored on your phone, and Google Play handles the subscription. Read the privacy policy for more information.
